Mr. Christoff has practiced family law since 2006 with a focus on complex divorce litigation primarily involving highly contested matters. His advocacy experience includes personally handling all aspects of divorce litigation at every applicable level of the Virginia Court system, including custody, support, and protective order matters in Virginia’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts; custody, support, divorce grounds, and equitable distribution matters at the Circuit Court level; and briefs filed with the Virginia Court of Appeals for both appellants and appellees. Mr. Christoff’s court appearances include cases presented in Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Stafford County, Richmond, Norfolk, and the D.C. Superior Court. He has litigated cases involving custody evaluators, protective orders, guardians ad litem, business valuation experts, psychiatrists, vocational experts, accountants, and private investigators, among others. While no stranger to the courtroom, Mr. Christoff is equally versed in resolving cases through settlement, having personally negotiated and drafted settlement agreements for matters with marital estates ranging from nothing but significant debt to those with values in the tens of millions of dollars. He has pursued and obtained settlement through mediation as well as independent negotiations for custody matters involving modifications based on relocation, special needs children, parent coordinators, international visitation arrangements, and numerous other scenarios. Mr. Christoff received his undergraduate degree in Communications with a focus on public relations from Loyola University of New Orleans in 2003. He obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 2006. Mr. Worster is a Marine Corps Veteran and graduate of Mary Washington College and the University of Richmond’s School of Law. He founded Worster Law PLLC in Fairfax, Virginia, in 2019. Mr. Fox has over 30 years’ experience in real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. He has represented developers, real estate brokers, title companies, homeowner associations and homeowners, both in litigation and negotiations. Mr. Peeples has been published in a number of professional journals on a variety of topics, ranging from Virginia real property law to the Anti-Terrorism Act. He is a member of the firm’s waterfront law practice group, and he writes blog articles regularly on the group’s website devoted to waterfront (riparian) property rights law, maritime and admiralty law, and environmental law. Before joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Peeples retired from the U.S. Navy after 22 years of service as a pilot. Mr. Feinman, founder and principal in Virginia Elder Law, PLC, is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1979 and maintains a private practice serving all of Central Virginia. Raised in a legal household, Mr. Feinman began practice with his father where he developed expertise in civil litigation, sophisticated real estate law, contracts and commercial law, as well as sophisticated tax and trusts and estate planning. Ms. Gelbman enjoyed success in two nonlegal careers before returning to school and then law school. Following law school, Ms. Gelbman went to work for a large law firm in Boston and spent time in the litigation department honing her new legal skills under the supervision of senior, experienced lawyers. In mid-2009 she relocated to Virginia to care for her parents in Lynchburg, Virginia. It was in this transition that Ms. Gelbman learned about the difficulties faced by the aging and their families. She learned that when the elderly – or their adult children – have an advocate, the older adult (and their family members) can concentrate on what is far more important: getting better and maintaining the best possible quality of life. Ms. Dunivan Konvicka serves as director of Client Services and as general counsel for Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT). Ms. Snead is a water resources engineer with more than 25 years of consulting and state government experience, specializing in water planning, engineering and policy in Virginia and in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Her municipal experience includes stormwater master planning, BMP and retrofit design, inspection oversight, plan review and programmatic planning and reporting services. Her prior experience includes directing the Office of Stormwater at the Virginia DEQ and managing the Office of Regulatory Programs at the Virginia DCR which governed both the NPDES (MS4, Construction General Permit) for stormwater and the TMDL implementation plan programs, and which included the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Program, the Virginia Stormwater Management Program (and Virginia Stormwater BMP Clearinghouse), the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act Program and Nutrient Management. Ms. Snead led the state team negotiating Virginia’s 2013 MS4 NPDES permits with U.S. EPA Region III which still serve as the basis for MS4 permits in the Commonwealth. She has served as the project manager and technical lead on projects including stream restoration, outfall stabilization and BMP retrofits as well as on MS4 compliance projects. She currently serves as a member of the Chesapeake Bay Urban Stormwater Workgroup, closely following and commenting on the changes in stormwater BMP crediting in the Bay. She also serves on the committee developing protocols for manufactured treatment devices, to encourage innovation in MS4 TMDL compliance options. Ms. Snead is the current board chair for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, a non-profit focused on improving the health of the Bay, and she serves as a member of the Commonwealth of Virginia Chesapeake Bay Stakeholder Advisory Panel.

Mr. Dutta is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) who is fully engaged in water and environmental protection through his leadership in S&M Engineering, LLC (SNM), a Maryland Corporation. He worked as the lead engineer in a superfund site remediation project and various RCRA sites involving design and installation of landfill cover systems, planning and implementing exhumation of a radioactive waste site in a DoD facility. Mr. Dutta worked in developing regulations and guidance later at a national level while with the US EPA for 20 years. He designed an innovative well interception plan, based on the bathymetric profile of the seabed to successfully kill the 1.4m gal/day Deepwater Horizon oil spill (Macondo Well) in Aug 2010. Mr. Dutta is also working on climate change impacts in the Himalayan region by visiting the glacial sources of rivers, specifically the Khatling Glacier (12,500 ft.) in Uttarakhand, India. Mr. Fritts is vice-president of Residential Sewage Treatment Company, Inc., in Grandview, Missouri where they design, sell and service alternative onsite wastewater systems. He is past president of the Missouri Smallflows Organization (MSO), the Kansas Small Flows Association (KSFA) and the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA). He is an approved instructor for NOWRA, the Consortium of Institutes for Decentralized Wastewater Treatment, and for several states across the country. Mr. Kent is in his 40th year with Schneider Geomatics in Indianapolis – having transitioned to part-time status in 2020. He also provides training, consulting and expert witness services as manager and owner of Meridian Land Consulting, LLC. He served as chair of the Joint ALTA/NSPS Committee responsible for the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey standards from 1995 to 2021. He also served on the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Surveyors from 2004-2025 and is a past-president of both ACSM and the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
