Marshall Wall

A Raleigh native and Managing Partner of Cranfill Sumner, Mr. Wall represents clients in a wide range of matters including eminent domain and real estate-related disputes, employment law, and business litigation. Mr. Wall has a particular interest in privacy and data security and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) designation. He is also board certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in Privacy and Information Security. Mr. Wall maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the peer review rating that recognizes attorneys who have reached high levels of skill and integrity. He is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
