Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Marshall Wall
Cranfill SumnerA Raleigh native and managing partner of Cranfill Sumner, Mr. Wall represents clients in a wide range of matters including employment law, business litigation, eminent domain and real estate-related

Mr. Wall has a particular interest in privacy and data security and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) designation. He is board certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in privacy and information security. He was part of the first class of attorneys in North Carolina to be certified in this area of the law. A seasoned trial attorney, Mr. Wall also handles litigation and disputes involving non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, unfair and deceptive trade practices, wage and hour law, employment discrimination, and regulatory issues. Mr. Wall has handled a substantial number of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and served as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina in trucking and transportation, product liability, and negligent security cases. He has been successful in obtaining favorable results for clients through alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
