Webinar Instructions
Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Continuing Education Credit Information
This course is open to the public. It is approved by the Georgia Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency for 6.0 CLE hours for attorneys. It is approved for 6.0 Alabama CLE hours, and Tennessee CLE approval is pending.
The Alabama Department of Insurance has approved this webinar for 6.0 general continuing education hours for insurance producers, including title insurance producers.
This course offers 6.0 PDHs to professional/civil engineers and land surveyors licensed in Georgia and Alabama.
Course completion certificates will be awarded to participants who complete the webinar in its entirety, respond to all the verification prompts during the instruction, and earn a score of 80% on the quiz that follows the instruction (multiple attempts allowed).
Speakers
Barry E. Savage, PLS
Survey Products Group Manager with Tennessee Valley Authority in Chattanooga, TNPrior to his service at TVA, Mr. Savage was in private survey practice for 10 years specializing in dispute resolution and expert witness services. He has surveyed several disputed state boundaries to resolve jurisdictional conflicts. Mr. Savage is an adjunct professor at Cleveland State Community College where he teaches courses in boundary law, geodesy, GIS, and surveying fundamentals. He has researched and retraced the historical surveys of Henry David Thoreau and has published several articles on the subject. Mr. Savage teaches exam review and continuing education seminars at various state and local conferences across the country.
