Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

An accomplished speaker and legal writer, Mr. Dalton is the author of Litigating Religious Land Use Cases. Originally published by the American Bar Association in 2014 and updated for a second edition in 2016, the book is a guide for religious entities and the attorneys that represent them.

Adel Nucho

Mr. Nucho is an attorney at Dalton & Tomich’s main Detroit office. His practice focuses on a wide range of litigation matters, as well as various business transactions and disputes. Mr. Nucho has a special interest in surface water rights and boundary lines of waterfront properties, especially because Michigan has more than 11,000 inland lakes. In his free time, he enjoys going to Stoney Creek Metropark in Shelby Township, Michigan, where he kayaks in and bikes around Stoney Creek Lake.

Alex R. Reuter has been litigating real estate, land use, and zoning cases across the state of Michigan for his entire career. Mr. Reuter specializes in representing property owners in all facets of real estate matters, from constitutional and other federal claims to boundary disputes and enforcing easements and associated water rights (riparian rights). Noel W. Sterett

Mr. Sterett has helped religious institutions and assemblies navigate land use and zoning laws for over a decade. The core of his practice is devoted to ensuring people are free to serve God and their neighbors in their communities and in the marketplace. He has helped win dozens of religious land use cases in federal courts across the country, enabling his clients to use newly-purchased buildings and land to accomplish their noble missions. In addition to litigating religious land use cases, Mr. Sterett regularly advises religious groups on civil rights matters and how best to secure zoning for religious land uses. Mr. Sterett resides in Rockford, Illinois with his wife and five children.
