Brian Arnold has substantial and extensive experience in the areas of family law and criminal defense. He has been voted to the top 2.5% of lawyers in Utah in the area of Family Law (Divorce) by Super Lawyers. Mr. Arnold has been featured on Big Talk 860 AM Radio answering family law questions and was an editor on the Utah Journal of Family Law where he works closely with judges and other attorneys in developing meaningful articles for Utah attorneys that practice family law. Angilee Dakic is an accomplished litigator, managing prominent cases and mastering arcane points of law and procedure. She humbly set the precedent of federal standards of reasonableness for unwed biological fathers seeking intervention in their child’s adoption proceedings. She also established precedent distinguishing voluntary and involuntary adoption status in ICWA cases. Ms. Dakic has litigated hundreds of business and intellectual property (IP) transactions, contracts, and torts, and successfully resolved disputes through mediation. She earned her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School and her B.A. degree from the University of California.

T. Jake Hinkins is the founder of Anderson Hinkins, LLC. Rheané Swenson has been a paralegal at Peck Hadfield Baxter & Moore since July 2015. Ms. Swenson is a general litigation paralegal and has worked in several different practice areas at Peck Hadfield; including litigation, entity law, estate law, trademark law, landlord tenant law, collections, and family law. She is a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner (LPP) with licensure in Family Law (temporary separation, divorce, parentage, cohabitant abuse, civil stalking, custody and support, and name change), Debt Collections, and Landlord/Tenant disputes. She is a Certified Paralegal (CP) through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and recently earned her Associates Degree in Legal Studies from Southern Utah University. Ms. Swenson earned her Business Administration degree from the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho.
