Webinar Instructions

All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the date of the conclusion of the series.

Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Instructions and login information will be provided in an email sent close to the date of the webinar. It is highly recommended that you download, install and test the application before the webinar begins by clicking on the link in the email.

HalfMoon Education is an American Institute of Architects-approved continuing education sponsor (No. J885), is an approved continuing education sponsor for architects in Florida, and is deemed an approved sponsor for architects in New York. Other states do not preapprove educators or courses. Check each webinar for the number of contact hours available. HalfMoon Education is an approved engineer continuing education provider in Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey (Approval No. 24GP00000700), New York (NYSED Sponsor No. 35), North Carolina, and North Dakota. Christopher A. Krupp

President of Krupp Associates Architects, PC and SketchUpAcademy.comMr. Krupp is a practicing architect and president of his own firm in Chicago, Illinois, with a branch office in Asheville, North Carolina. He has been a licensed architect for over 30 years and a user of SketchUp Pro since version 2 was released around 2001.
As the principal architect and designer at his firm, Mr. Krupp utilizes traditional free hand sketching, AutoCad and SketchUp throughout the design and construction document phases of his work. The integration of SketchUp into the daily work flow plays an increasingly important role in the development of new project designs, both residential and commercial. As SketchUp Pro has the ability to import CAD files as well as export CAD-ready files to AutoCad, designs can be developed in CAD and SketchUp virtually side by side with more and more importance being placed on SketchUp.
His latest venture, SketchUpAcademy.com, is a SketchUp-oriented website for new and experienced users. The website provides seminar attendees with additional problem-solving concepts as well as useful modeling tips and tricks. SketchUp Academy has successfully presented over 40 live seminars and webinars for HalfMoon Education.
Utilizing SketchUp, LayOut (a traditional style 2D drawing program linked to a SketchUp Pro 3D model) and other add-on extensions and plug-ins, Mr. Krupp produces design “sketches,” highly-detailed SketchUp models, photo-realistic renderings, walk-through animations, public hearing and client presentations and in some cases, construction drawings.
In addition to his work at Krupp Associates Architects, Mr. Krupp has taught SketchUp as an adjunct professor in a continuing education program at AB Tech Community College in Asheville, North Carolina. Students include architects, landscape architects, engineers, product designers, woodworkers, museum curators and home owners. He has written an extensive book, The SketchUp Primer, a copy of which you will receive at the seminar.
Mr. Krupp received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975 (summa cum laude) in Architecture while studying at the University of Cincinnati and Ohio University and has received numerous awards for his designs of custom residential, commercial buildings and commercial interiors.
