This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 2.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 2.0 continuing education hours for licensed architects in all states that allow non-HSW coursework. This course is not approved in New York and other states which require HSW coursework; please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.

Becoming an established professional in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry began for Mr. Williams in 2005, following his return from nearly a year of service aiding victims of the 2004 tsunami in Thailand. Inspired by the opportunity to assist those who had tragically lost everything, He developed a passion for rebuilding homes, offering hope for the future to those in need. Along his journey, Mr. Williams acquired numerous mentors and diversified his skill set, gaining expertise across various development and construction processes. Recognized by many colleagues as the “Swiss Army Knife” in business development and marketing, He is renowned for his ability to grasp needs swiftly and translate ideas into collaborative endeavors, resulting in structured goals and successful outcomes. Mr. Williams has worked with some of the nation’s leading contractors and recently established his consultancy firm, Silver Nova Partners, LLC., in January of this year, aiming to enhance clients’ branding across all relevant domains. Before embarking on his AEC career, He served as a full-time production and operations manager under the leadership of legendary speaker Tony Robbins. Working closely with Robbins and other peers provided Mr. Williams with invaluable insights into diverse life experiences and the resilience required to overcome challenges through unwavering perseverance.

Course Title: Mastering RFQ and RFP Responses: Crafting Winning Proposals

Course Description: This two-hour course explores the process of mastering RFQ (request for quote) and RFP (request for proposal) responses, focusing on crafting winning proposals for architectural and contracting projects. The course will focus on the purpose and significance of RFQs and RFPs, how to prepare effectively for proposal submission, craft compelling responses, management the proposal process efficiently, and conduct thorough quality checks, interviews and presentations.

Learners will be able to describe the purpose and importance of RFQs and RFPs and identify the key differences between them.

Learners will be able to explain the steps involved in preparing for a successful RFQ or RFP, including assembling a team and resources and researching project requirements, client needs and potential competition.
