Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Soraya Sadeghi, Esq.

President and Founder of Soraya Law, P.C. in Boston

Ms. Sadeghi has more than 17 years of experience providing legal services and representation to individuals and families, developing strategies and advocating for legal rights. Her experience includes litigating and advocating on behalf of a large, active client base focusing on complex civil litigation, family and probate law and elder law. Ms. Sadeghi formerly taught at the paralegal program for Suffolk University Law School and is currently a guest lecturer at Northeastern University Law School. In 2023, she received the Massachusetts Lawyers’ Weekly “Making a Difference” honor, part of the Top Women of the Law 2023. She serves as a Board of Bar Overseers lawyer licensing board discipline hearing officer as well as a certified Guardian Ad Litem by the Massachusetts Trial Court.
