This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 2.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 2.0 continuing education hours for licensed architects in all states that allow this learning method. Please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.

Larry Hendrick Consulting provides estimating and preconstruction consulting services for all types of construction projects. Prior to founding Larry Hendrick Consulting, LLC, Larry owned and operated Larry Hendrick General Contracting Company. Larry also worked as a Chief Estimator preparing cost of repair estimates for Construction Defect Litigation Cases. Larry has also worked as Chief Estimator and Preconstruction Director for Balfour Beatty Construction, Gilbane Construction, Straub Construction and finally at Swinerton Builders.

Course Description: This two-hour course provides methods of managing costs and resolving supply chain issues in the construction process. The course will focus on the estimating, planning and managing of costs with an emphasis on value engineering, explain the importance of team members in managing costs, and explore methods of resolving supply chain issues with material providers.
