Attorney with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLPMs. DelVecchio concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and redevelopment. She assists in the firm’s representation of clients in transactions involving commercial and residential properties, including acquisitions, sales and leases. Her work encompasses the drafting of transactional documents, oversight of title reviews, and due diligence. In the specialized area of community association law, Ms. DelVecchio assists in the drafting of contracts for association clients and their vendors, as well as in the production of amendments to association governing documents including bylaws, master deeds and resolutions. She earned her B.A. degrees from University of Maryland, and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from New York Law School.
Steven Nudelman
Partner, Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, LLPMr. Nudelman concentrates his practice in construction law. For over two decades he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters. He has defended and asserted claims on behalf of owners, developers, condominium associations, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors and sureties involved in public and private construction projects throughout the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. More specifically, Mr. Nudelman has extensive experience handling claims related to payment disputes, construction, design and performance defects, errors and omissions/professional malpractice, code violations, delay and disruption, liens, bonds, public contracting and violations under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. He also maintains an active transactional practice, drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts for his clients with an emphasis on efficiency and practical results.

Course Description: This two-hour course dives deep into changing a construction contract, primarily change orders, including when to request a change order, how to write an effective change order, and resolving any disputes that may arise from changes. The course also identifies the limitations of change orders and describes alternatives.
