Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Lauren Baldwin

Associate in Ice Miller’s Environmental, Insurance and Utilities Group

Ms. Baldwin represents businesses, municipalities and utilities in all aspects of litigation and risk management, regulatory compliance, air and water permitting, real estate transactions and insurance coverage. Her practice includes environmental litigation involving cleanup and cost recovery actions before Indiana and federal courts. Ms. Baldwin also has experience advising clients on Clean Air Act compliance and complex wastewater, stormwater and solid and hazardous regulations. Before joining Ice Miller, She worked at a law firm representing large industrial clients and other businesses in all areas of environmental law and helped clients find cost-effective solutions to compliance, permitting and enforcement issues.

Todd Bauer

Founder and Principal with ForeSight Consulting

Mr. Bauer started his career working for a regional consulting engineering firm in Indianapolis and then served as a principal for a Fort Wayne area engineering and land-surveying firm. During those early years, he decided he would do two things: 1) use precise yet innovative solutions for surveying and development, and 2) build a company that prioritized the success of its clients above the success of the owners. Mr. Bauer wants to do the right things, not just the easy things. When he started ForeSight, he tapped into the boundless energy of an enthusiastic team of young professionals to bring fresh ideas and implementation to all aspects of civil engineering, surveying, and land development. More recently, ForeSight has also acquired top firms in the area. Amy Berg

Associate in Ice Miller’s Environmental, Insurance and Utilities Group

Ms. Berg’s practice focuses on assisting clients with complex environmental, food, and agricultural regulatory and compliance issues. She advises clients in the complex permitting, operations, and reporting processes of federal and state regulatory programs and contributes her extensive experience to litigation and administrative proceedings. Ms. Berg also assists companies of all sizes on compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations, guidance, policies, and procedures regarding food and agricultural products. She helps clients with environmental issues involved in property redevelopment and real estate transactions. Ms. Berg work includes review of environmental assessments, evaluation of potential environmental liabilities associated with real estate transactions, and evaluation of eligibility for federal and state Brownfields assistance programs.

Megan Freveletti

Nancy C. Ralston Graduate Attorney

Ms. Freveletti is the inaugural Nancy C. Ralston Conservation Fellow with the Conservation Law Center and a graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law, magna cum laude. She has a passion for environmental and public interest work and spent her past two summers cultivating her legal research and writing skills as well as exploring new areas of environmental law and policy. Ms. Freveletti previously served as the executive director of our chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, as the vice president of the American Constitution Society, as an Associate on the Indiana Journal for Law and Social Equality, and as a Fellow at the Center for Law, Society, and Culture. Ms. Freveletti also studied abroad in the Fall of 2021 in Budapest, Hungary, at Eötvös Loránd University in their Faculty of Law.

Meridian Land Consulting, LLC

Mr. Kent is in his 39th year with Schneider Geomatics in Indianapolis – having transitioned to part-time status in 2020. He also provides training, consulting and expert witness services as manager and owner of Meridian Land Consulting, LLC. Mr. Kent has served as chair of the Joint ALTA/NSPS Committee responsible for the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey standards since 1995. He has also served on the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Surveyors since 2004 and is a past president of both ACSM and the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Mr. Kent has presented programs on boundary law, easements and rights of way, surveying standards and practice, and leadership in all 50 states.
