For AIA requirements only, the on-demand recording will have occasional question prompts that will not allow the video to progress unless they are answered, and you will not be able to skip forward while watching the video.
Please note, if you attempt to resume watching the video on a separate device, your progress will not be saved.

You will have unlimited access to the on-demand video recording, and it will never expire.

Continuing Education Credit Information
This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 2.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 2.0 HSW continuing education hours for licensed architects in all states that allow this learning method. Please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.

Patricia Layton
Director Wood Utilization + Design InstituteMs. Layton is the Director of Clemson’s Wood Utilization + Design Institute and a retired professor of forestry. She spent most of her 23 years at Clemson as Director of the School of Agricultural, Forest, and Environmental Sciences and chairing the two predecessor Departments (Forest Resources and Forestry and Natural Resources). Before joining Clemson University, she held various positions with the American Forest & Paper Association, Scott Paper Company, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Owens Illinois. She serves on the Board of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. Pat is a native of South Carolina and has forestry degrees from Clemson University, Texas A&M University, and the University of Florida.

The course will also explore carbon sequestration in wood and general building sustainability.
