For AIA requirements only, the on-demand recording will have occasional question prompts that will not allow the video to progress unless they are answered, and you will not be able to skip forward while watching the video.

This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 6.0 PDHs for professional engineers and land surveyors. This program offers 7.0 CLE credits to Florida attorneys.

Alexis V. Crespo, AICP, LEED AP
Vice President of Planning at RViMs. Crespo is vice president of planning at RVi. She is a certified land use planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with over 17 years of professional planning experience in Southwest Florida. Ms. Crespo has managed both private and public sector projects for a diverse range of clientele, including privately initiated rezoning and comprehensive plan amendment applications, community facilitation and visioning, and land development code amendments and policy formulation for local governments. As vice president of planning she oversees the company’s planning efforts across our six (6) offices in Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Maitland, and Orlando.
James L. Holloway
Partner at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, Fort Myers, FloridaMr. Holloway practices in the areas of litigation and local government law. He represents municipalities, local governments, and private clients in matters relating to land use, permitting, code enforcement, and eminent domain. He also handles litigation matters throughout all phases, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, and researching and drafting dispositive motions. Mr. Holloway frequently appears before Florida courts, the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), and a variety of state and local bodies. He also has extensive experience with issues relating to public records law, appeals, and Florida’s Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act.
Meredith A. McBride

She represents clients in eminent domain and complex commercial litigation. Within her litigation practice, Ms. McBride has developed a specialized knowledge of eminent domain law.
