Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Instructions and login information will be provided in an email sent close to the date of the webinar. It is highly recommended that you download, install and test the application before the webinar begins by clicking on the link in the email.

Mark R. Becker

Mr. Becker is a leading construction lawyer recognized for his skillful advocacy and professionalism in resolving his clients’ most challenging construction-related disputes or negotiating their most significant construction contracts. His experience and practice focus on innovative early mediation methods of dispute resolution set him apart from other lawyers with a traditional litigation-centric focus. Through his effective early mediation advocacy, Mr. Becker has successfully resolved many high-stakes, multi-party, and complex construction disputes for his clients before the onset of the most significant litigation expense. He employs early case evaluation, quantitative analysis, and strategic planning methods to guide clients through their disputes. Mr. Becker served as chair of the Construction Law Section of the Minnesota Bar Association in 2017. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota.
Mr. Becker received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, McCormick School of Engineering, and his J.D. degree from University of Iowa College of Law. He is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
