All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Speakers
David Duvall
accenaGroupDavid Duvall, CPESC, has been working in the storm water industry since 2006. He has been working with accenaGroup since 2008 where he oversees SWPPP production, inspector training, support, MS4 operations, and post-construction operations. Mr. Duvall has performed hundreds of storm water inspections on construction and industrial sites. He has also written and reviewed hundreds of SWPPP documents. Mr. Duvall is a certified professional in erosion and sediment control (CPESC) and a certified inspector of sediment and erosion controls (CISEC). He is a Graduate of Brigham Young University in Geography with an emphasis in Physical and Environmental Studies and a graduate of University of Denver in Geographic Information Systems.
