To track your purchase, you will need to create an account on the website using the email address used for your registration.
For AIA requirements only, the on-demand recording will have occasional question prompts that will not allow the video to progress unless they are answered, and you will not be able to skip forward while watching the video.
Please note, if you attempt to resume watching the video on a separate device, your progress will not be saved.

You will have unlimited access to the on-demand video recording, and it will never expire.

Walter T. Cosby III
Associate in Maslon's Corporate & Securities GroupMr. Cosby advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, private financings, initial public offerings, and general commercial law. With a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation, he brings valued expertise in tax law and the role it plays in all manner of corporate transactions. Before joining Maslon, Mr. Cosby counseled clients on the design and implementation of tax-qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) plans and ESOPs. He also has deep experience in SEC filings, ERISA law, and employee benefits law. Mr. Cosby earned his J.D. from Emory University and a B.A. in political science from Georgetown College.
Adam Pabarcus
Counsel with Larkin HoffmanMr. Pabarcus is a litigator and trial attorney who focuses his practice on complex real estate litigation and property tax appeals. He represents clients in state and federal courts across the country to resolve disputes and advance their business goals on a broad range of issues. Mr. Pabarcus is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (Tax Law and Probate and Trust Law Section), and the Warren R. Burger Inn of Court. He earned his B.A. Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.
Mark A. Pridgeon, CPA
Pridgeon & Zoss, Attorneys at LawMr. Pridgeon is both an experienced tax attorney and certified public accountant, with over 40 years of direct experience as an IRS attorney, certified public accountant and advocate for taxpayers. He has taught a course in tax practice and procedure at the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. His vast knowledge and diligent approach to his cases have earned him recognition as one of the Twin Cities area’s pre-eminent tax law attorneys. Mr. Pridgeon earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Minnesota, and his J.D. degree from Harvard University Law School.
Jennifer Pusch
Attorney with Fredrickson & Byron, P.AMs. Pusch represents clients in all types of tax disputes and controversy, including federal and state audits, administrative appeals, and litigation. She also provides tax advice to renewable energy companies, with a focus on the state and local level. Ms. Pusch earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Gustavus Adolphus College, and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Charles Selcer, CPA, CGMA, MBA
Senior Advisor Schechter, Dokken, Kanter CPAsMr. Selcer, is one of the founders of Schechter Dokken Kanter CPAs. He has over 40 years of audit and business consulting experience. Mr. Selcer areas of specialization include audits of SEC registrants, not-for-profit organizations and charities. He has extensive experience in organizational planning and currently teaches Professional Ethics classes for the Minnesota and North Dakota Society of CPA’s and CPA firms and Universities across the country. Mr. Selcer is a member of the Minnesota State Broad of Accountancy, MNCPA (Professional Ethics Committee), AICPA, Technical Standards Committee (Ethics), and Allinial Global- Accounting Firm Association. Benjamin A. Wagner, CPA
Founder of Wagner Tax LawMr. Wagner represents businesses and individuals against the Internal Revenue Service, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and the Minnesota Department of Revenue in audits, collection cases, court actions, and administrative appeals. Staying active in the legal community, Mr. Wagner is involved with several associations. He is a member and former Chair of the Tax Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association Tax Section (Tax Section). Mr. Wagner currently serves as the Legislative Co-Chair for the Tax Law Section. In 2022, the MSBA Tax Section recognized his work on behalf of the Tax Section with its Jack Carlson Distinguished Service Award. Mr. Wagner was an attorney mentor at the William Mitchell College of Law and frequently gives seminars to certified public accountants, attorneys, and other tax professionals on a variety of tax-related topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Saint John’s University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
Matthew J. Wildes, CPA
AttorneyMr. Wildes earned his Juris Doctorate specializing in tax at Minnesota’s Mitchell Hamline School of Law while also clerking at Minneapolis-area law and accounting firms. During his final semester of law school, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service at the iconic Wells Fargo Bank tower in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Wildes later took his IRS experience with him to a national tax relief company where he transitioned to helping individuals and businesses resolve their tax issues. After several years serving as a tax attorney and case manager there, he used his experience and expertise to build tax law firm, Wildes at Law, where he continues to help clients overcome their tax issues and the complexities of the tax code.
