He currently serves on the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia’s (ABC) Management Education Committee and is involved with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
Christopher M. Horton
Partner in Smith Currie’s Fort Lauderdale office and a Board Certified Construction Attorney by the Florida Bar.
Mr. Horton represents construction, design, and engineering clients in state and federal courts, litigation, arbitration, and mediation throughout the State of Florida. He is experienced in the preparation and negotiation of design and construction contracts.
