You must take and pass a quiz in order to receive credit. You can take the quiz as many times as needed and there is no time limit on the quiz. Once the quiz is completed, you will be asked to download your certificate.
Videos that qualify for AIA, LACES, ASLA, or CLARB credit will require an extra week for processing.

Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

The Virginia State Corporation Commission has approved this course for 8.0 continuing education hours for title insurance agents and adjusters.
This course has been submitted to the Virginia MCLE Board of the Virginia State Bar for evaluation and accreditation. Course approval is currently pending.

Professional Land Surveyor with Dewberry
Mr. Davis is a professional land surveyor in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, with over 30 years of experience. This varied experience includes small individual boundary surveys, surveys for both commercial and residential land development projects, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and surveys for long range transportation projects, including rail and highway. In addition, Mr. Davis is an adjunct faculty professor at the Community College of Baltimore County in the Surveying/Civil Engineering program. Classes taught include Elementary Surveying, Survey Computations, Topographic Mapping, Sediment Control and Hydrology, and Storm Drain Design. In 2016, Mr. Davis was awarded the Russell E. Lowman Memorial Educational award from the Maryland Society of Surveyors for his contribution to the education of surveyors.
