Course Title: The Arborist Short Course: Advanced Tree Knowledge for Better Tree Care

Delivery Method: Live Online

Course Description: This course examines the science and techniques for tree health and longevity by understanding soil conditions and improvements, establishing and maintaining root health, strategies for training young trees, maintaining branch structure, pruning strategies and techniques, and tree planning and selection for site conditions.

Learning Objectives:

Learning Objective 1:
Learners will be able to explain how soil compaction affects tree health, and they will be able to identify ways to avoid damaging soil.
