This CLE activity is offered to California paralegals as either a traditional group-live seminar (6.5 CLE hours, including 1.0 Ethics hour) or as a live interactive webinar giving paralegals the option to select the learning method that best suits their needs. Paralegals opting for the webinar learning method have the choice of registering and earning CLE credit for the morning session (3.0 CLE hours, including 1.0 Ethics hour), the afternoon session (3.5 CLE hours), or both sessions (6.5 CLE hours, including 1.0 Ethics hour). All participation options have been approved by the National Association of Legal Assistants and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and they qualify for California paralegals.
