Continuing Education Credit Information
This seminar is open to the public and offers up to 6.5 HSW continuing education hours to architects and 6.5 PDHs to professional engineers in all states.

The American Institute of Architects has approved this event for 6.5 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885). Courses approved by the AIA qualify for New Jersey and District of Columbia architects.
This event offers a continuing education opportunity to construction contractors, but it has not been approved by any state with a continuing education requirement for contractors.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.

Christopher Decker
RDM International, Inc.Vice President/Project Manager at RDM International, Inc.Mr. Decker has more than two decades of experience in pavement design, materials testing, quality control/quality assurance, and construction management. He is currently licensed in 22 states. Mr. Decker serves as RDM’s vice president and as a project manager for various airport, roadway and forensic investigation projects. Over the past five years he has successfully completed over 70 projects across the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Decker has provided numerous training courses, project presentations and paper presentations for clients, professional society conferences and state, federal and international government organizations. Kenneth M. Justice P.E. LEED AP
Senior Director, Local Paving, Pave Ahead
Mr. Justice is based in the Philadelphia area, and works with local, regional and state technical and promotion partners to help deliver concrete parking and street paving projects by supporting promotion, design and construction activities as well as provide training and presentations on concrete applications and promotion. Mr. Justice is also a pervious concrete and pervious pavements specialist, having been involved in over 300 pervious pavement projects and has spoken at hundreds of industry events, workshops and webinars. Prior to joining the NRMCA, Mr. Justice was the promotion director for the Portland Cement Association Northeast for over 10 years. Prior to that, Mr. Justice worked as a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience as an engineering project manager, concentrating on pavement projects for airports, parking lots and roads.
