All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

Continuing Education Credit Information

This seminar and concurrent webcast are open to the public and are designed to qualify for 6.0 PDHs for professional engineers and land surveyors in Maryland.

HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education sponsor for engineers and land surveyors in Maryland.

This course offers a six-hour learning opportunity to attorneys licensed in Maryland where continuing legal education is not required.

Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the course for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Michael B. Davis

Professional Land Surveyor with Dewberry

Mr. Davis is a professional land surveyor in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, with over 30 years of experience. This varied experience includes small individual boundary surveys, surveys for both commercial and residential land development projects, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and surveys for long range transportation projects, including rail and highway. In addition, Mr. Davis is an adjunct faculty professor at the Community College of Baltimore County in the Surveying/ Civil Engineering program. Classes taught include Elementary Surveying, Survey Computations, Topographic Mapping, Sediment Control and Hydrology, and Storm Drain Design. In 2016, Mr. Davis was awarded the Russell E. Lowman Memorial Educational award from the Maryland Society of Surveyors for his contribution to the education of surveyors.
