Each webinar offers 2.0 CLE hours for a total of 4.0 CLE hours for paralegals. The National Association of Legal Assistants and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations have approved each webinar.

Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.

Aspire, IP – Colorado and the District of Columbia Trademark Group LeaderMs. Love is an attorney, public speaker and educator with over 20 years of experience in counseling clients on all matters of intellectual property law. Ms. Love is responsible for building the trademark practice for Aspire IP, where she handles counseling, prosecution of trademark applications and trademark litigation including matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also assists foreign and domestic clients on trademark selection and enforcement, and she counsels clients on the full spectrum of trademark and copyright issues, including unfair competition, trade dress, trade secret and Internet disputes. Ms. Love works with clients across a broad range of industries, handling all domestic and international trademark and copyright needs for many multinational corporations. Among her career highlights are nine years of counseling a leading plumbing and building materials distribution company headquartered in Virginia, which included being responsible for the entire trademark portfolio for the company’s online platform. Ms. Love also handled the full U.S. and foreign docket for a major pharmaceutical company, including search and opinion work and a global trademark portfolio covering approximately 50 countries.
