David Duvall

David Duvall, CPESC, has been working in the storm water industry since 2006. He has been working with accenaGroup since 2008 where he oversees SWPPP production, inspector training, support, MS4 operations, and post-construction operations. Mr. Duvall has performed hundreds of storm water inspections on construction and industrial sites. He has also written and reviewed hundreds of SWPPP documents. Mr. Duvall is a certified professional in erosion and sediment control (CPESC) and a certified inspector of sediment and erosion controls (CISEC). He is a Graduate of Brigham Young University in Geography with an emphasis in Physical and Environmental Studies and a graduate of University of Denver in Geographic Information Systems.
