Each half-day seminar has been approved by the Pennsylvania CLE Board for 3.0 substantive CLE hours for attorneys.

HalfMoon Education is certified by the New York State CLE Board as an Accredited Provider of CLE programs. Each half-day seminar is a traditional format course that offers 3.0 Areas of Professional Practice CLE hours, which are appropriate for new and experienced attorneys.

Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.

Evan Aidman

Law Offices of Even Aidman

Founder and Principal of the Law Offices of Even Aidman, PhiladelphiaMr. Aidman practices as a trial lawyer handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel M. Lehrer of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Aidman has lectured extensively on topics connected to personal injury litigation, most recently addressing Drexel Law students on the topic of opening a personal injury practice. He previously served as an adjunct professor at Piece College, where he taught civil litigation. Mr. Aidman is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has written four books for lawyers and litigants, the most recent being Winning Personal Injury Cases: A Practical Guide for Lawyers.
 

John Spitzer

He has practice experience in employee benefits litigation and elder law matters. Mr. Spitzer has written more than 100 articles or columns in publications for attorneys. His articles have been cited in federal and state cases. Mr. Spitzer lectures frequently at continuing professional education programs concerning his book, which is entitled, Screen Shots and Family Feuds.
