Continuing Education Credit Information

This seminar is open to the public and offers up to 7.0 continuing education hours to architects and 7.0 continuing education hours to engineers in Virginia (50 minute credit hours). Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in Virginia.

This event has been approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.0 Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885).

Keith Green

Vice President/Occupational Safety and Health Services Leader at WSP Parsons BrinckerhoffMr. Green is the vice president/occupational safety and health practice leader at WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff. As the leader of the Occupational Health and Safety Service Line, he is responsible for growth of the service line, ensuring that there is an effective awareness within the business and in the market place of WSP’s expertise, meeting service line budget requirements of over $2M per year, and ensuring technical excellence with the service line. He has extensive experience and leadership in environmental, health and safety compliance, and in industrial hygiene services in a variety of business and industry segments including industrial manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and commercial real estate sectors. Mr. Green’s experience includes client and project management in practice areas such as environmental remediation; safety and industrial hygiene compliance and program management; environmental investigations and site assessments; indoor air quality (IAQ) and building diagnostic inspections; environmental, health and safety (EH&S) auditing and compliance assistance; EH&S management systems auditing and program development; and training. He assists fortune 100 manufacturers by leading projects related to site remediation, EH&S due diligence, EH&S compliance, and management systems advice. Mr. Green has a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Ohio University.

Craig Ramich

WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff

Practice Leader at WSP Parsons BrinckerhoffMr. Ramich is a practice leader at WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff. He practices environmental, industrial hygiene, and building remediation services primarily in the Metropolitan DC area and advises clients worldwide. Mr. Ramich concentrates his practice in areas of water intrusion and mold assessment, management, and remediation. He also works in environmental (air) compliance with specialty in hazardous building materials assessment and remediation. Mr. Ramich has managed some of the largest mold assessment and remediation projects on the East Coast in 2011, 2012 and 2015. He serves as an expert witness on water intrusion and mold. Mr. Ramich holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
