This seminar is open to the public and offers up to 6.5 HSW continuing education hours to architects and 6.5 PDHs to professional engineers in all states. Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in Ohio.
This seminar is approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.5 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885).

Speakers
Eric Erpenbeck, P.E.
Fosdick & HilmerMr. Erpenbeck joined Fosdick & Hilmer in 2000, and is now the manager of Mechanical Engineering as well as the lead engineer within the Central Utilities Group. He is an expert in the design and analysis of central heating and cooling plants and distribution systems. During his time with the firm, he has been the project manager for numerous central plant and distribution projects including steam and chilled water plants, combined heat and power systems, fuel oil storage, and integrated HVAC systems.
Joel Grubbs
Fosdick & HilmerMr. Grubbs is Fosdick & Hilmer’s principal-in-charge of the Central Plant Mechanical Group and the Controls and Automation Division. He has broad experience as a project manager and engineer on central plant mechanical and electrical systems and instrumentation and control system projects. Prior to joining Fosdick & Hilmer, he had 12 years of experience managing, designing and implementing projects within industrial/manufacturing and electric utility environments.
