Continuing Education Credit Information

This seminar offers 6.5 PDHs/continuing education hours to professional engineers in all states. Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in New Mexico.

HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education sponsor for engineers in Florida, Indiana (License No. CE21700059), Maryland, New Jersey (Approval No. 24GP00000700), New York (NYSED Sponsor No. 35), North Carolina, and North Dakota.

This event offers contractors a non-credit continuing education opportunity.

Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.

Speakers

Feng Mu

Senior Flatwork Engineer at PNA
Dr. Mu is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas, and he has over 10 years of experience in concrete paving, engineering and research. Dr. Mu has a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and a doctorate degree in Pavement Engineering. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed technical papers, some of which have been highly recognized or awarded in the pavement community. He currently serves on the Pavement Maintenance Committee of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the National Academies. He is also the co-chair of the Pavement Design Committee of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA). Dr. Mu has developed optimized paving solutions and life cycle analysis/assessment for many roadway, commercial and industrial projects.
