This seminar is open to the public and offers 6.5 HSW (Public Protection) continuing education hours to architects and landscape architects and 6.5 PDHs to professional engineers in most states, including West Virginia. Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in West Virginia.
This seminar is approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.5 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885) and the Landscape Architect Continuing Education System for 6.5 HSW PDHs.
HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education sponsor for architects in Florida and is deemed an approved sponsor for architects and landscape architects in New York. This seminar offers a continuing education opportunity to contractors, but it has not been approved by any state contractor licensing board for continuing education approval.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.
Speakers
Kristin Bjornson
Kristin Bjornson has over 10 years of Interior Design experience. Her previous work of plan reviews, space planning, design development and knowledge of CAD help to identify issues in relation to accessibility barriers. She has worked on commercial, residential and education projects across the United States. Kristin received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago.
