Yin Zhou is chair of the Environmental Law department at Parker McCay P.A. and regularly counsels both private and public entity clients on water resource issues. She has extensive experience in water pollution management, regional water quality management planning, and site remediation and brownfields. As a former Deputy Attorney General, Ms. Zhou advised NJDEP on numerous areas under the Water Resource Management Program, including sewer service amendments, NJPDES permitting and various agency rulemakings. She was also counsel to the Drinking Water Quality Institute during its development of MCL recommendations for the PFAS family of chemicals. In addition to her transactional work, Ms. Zhou is an experienced environmental litigator.
