Mr. West has participated in the parking industry as a founder, co-owner, c-suite executive and Board Member in over $2 billion in U.S. parking investments.  His major focus areas include advising investors and investment committees on the pace and direction of changes in urban mobility; CEO of the Millennium Garages Concession in Chicago; owner of five urban garages; and innovator in alternative uses of parking garages.
