Tyler Weidlich

Shareholder with Baker Donelson, PC in New OrleansMr. Weidlich concentrates his practice in energy, insurance and commercial litigation. His clients range from oil and gas operators, oil field service companies and pipeline companies to national transporters and international insurance underwriters. His litigation experience has covered numerous aspects of the oil and gas industry, including personal injury and products liability, blowouts and down-hole well damage, pipeline expropriation proceedings, well site access, and environmental and toxic-tort claims as well as royalty, title and mineral lease disputes. Mr. Weidlich also has experience representing insurance companies in litigation addressing serious personal injury, coverage disputes, property claims and subrogation as well as commercial general liability. Mr. Weidlich’s pro bono work includes adoption, criminaland construction matters. While attending law school, Mr. Weidlich also served as a law clerk for the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Weidlich is a graduate of the University of Georgia andof Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
