Mr. Froemming is the managing principal of the Minneapolis office of Walker Consultants. He is a professional engineer, registered in Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and California. Mr. Froemming has over 30 years’ experience as a structural engineer, participated in the study/design of over 500 parking facilities, and has 20 years of parking design and planning experience in the transportation/mobility industry. He has affiliations with the International Parking Institute, the Minnesota Concrete Council, the Minnesota Chief Engineers Guild, the American Consulting Engineers Council and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
