Principal at RA Walker & Associates LLC in Jefferson City, MO
Mr. Walker has a private legal practice focusing on permitting, compliance, and enforcement. He also serves at the executive director of REGFORM, a nonprofit association in Missouri focused on environmental regulatory issues. Mr. Walker is also the organizer of the Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference. Previously, he served as an adjunct instructor teaching, “Introduction to Environmental Law,” at St. Louis University. Prior to starting his firm he practiced as an environmental attorney at Armstrong Teasdale LLP in St. Louis for 13 years. He received his J.D. degree from University of Missouri at Kansas City Law School and his LL.M degree in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark School of Law in Portland, Oregon.
