Rachel Treichler has been providing legal services to clients in the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier region since 2002. She previously practiced in New York City for 20 years. Ms. Treichler represents clients in real estate, water law, riparian rights, gas leasing, and mineral rights matters. She received her A.B. degree from Harvard University and her J.D. degree from University of Texas at Austin.
