Mr. Taylor brings an invaluable perspective from his 36 years of construction experience. He has worked as a preconstruction manager, estimator, project manager, commissioning liaison and company executive with several respected mechanical contractors and construction management firms. Mr. Taylor has led the successful completion of various public and private construction projects, ranging from K-12 projects to higher education projects to office buildings to public safety facilities to net zero projects. In the past, he has also held various security clearances to work on sensitive and classified government agency projects. His unique ability to analyze and cost construction (specializing in mechanical cost) in both upfront and life cycle aspects has contributed to project success and effectiveness. Mr. Taylor works daily on a variety of projects and utilizes the most recent technology to insure the best work product possible. He is versed in all types of construction delivery methods – design/bid/build, design/build, PPEA, and construction manager-at-risk. Mr. Taylor also has extensive knowledge of the various mechanical and plumbing aspects of the projects – unitary equipment, central plant equipment, hydronic piping systems, steam piping systems, variable refrigerant flow systems, ductwork systems, VAV systems, gas piping, domestic water piping, DWV piping, laboratory piping and plumbing fixtures/equipment to name a few. While very adept at mechanical systems, he has also worked with every construction division for cost estimating, project coordination and construction management.
