Bill Slagle

Mr. Slagle is an oil and gas attorney who primarily represents upstream clients in their exploration and production operations. His oil and gas practice focuses on the full range of transactional matters that E&P companies face, and he regularly reviews, drafts, and negotiates oil and gas leases, instruments of conveyance, surface use agreements, purchase and sale agreements, escrow agreements, salt water disposal agreements, master service agreements, and other related documents. Additionally, he examines oil and gas title and renders acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions. Mr. Slagle received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Slagle is licensed to practice law in Texas and West Virginia.
