Mr. Aronfeld was born in Chicago and raised in Wichita, Kansas and is a distinguished attorney who graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. He founded his own firm in Coral Gables, Florida, and has gained international recognition for his dedication to representing individuals against major corporations, notably securing a significant jury verdict against Walt Disney World. Mr. Aronfeld, a graduate and faculty member of the Trial Lawyer College, has appeared on numerous national television programs and frequently lectures across the country. Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy, he specializes in personal injury cases and has been honored as one of Florida’s Super Lawyers and named among the “20 Most Intriguing Floridians” by Florida Magazine. 

Ms. Jordahl serves on the Professional Development Committee (PDC) and ACP Special Committee for NALA. She is a frequent speaker on legal topics and contributor to legal publications. She authored the Torts and Clarity of Expression chapters of the 2019 (updated 2021) NALA Certified Paralegal Exam Fundamentals and the 2026 The Paralegal’s Companion: Fundamentals for Legal Practitioners and Those Preparing for the CP Exam books. Ms. Jordahl received NALA’s 2022 President’s Award in recognition of excellence in leadership and dedicated service to paralegals. 

Ms. Kadaj earned her bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies in 2014. She has since become a Florida Registered Paralegal and earned multiple Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) credentials through NALA – The Paralegal Association. With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Kadaj  has worked extensively in complex marital and family law matters. In 2025, she launched her business providing paralegal services to solo practitioners and small law firms across Florida. In addition to serving in multiple positions with the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., Ms. Kadaj was selected to serve on NALA’s Professional Development Committee. She is appointed to Florida Bar’s Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Committee, along with the Florida Bar’s Registered Paralegal committees. In her “free” time, Ms. Kadaj  enjoys herding her two crazy Australian Shepherd babies, attending music and theater shows, and watching true crime documentaries.  

Mr. Suits is the Chief Executive Officer of Suits Litigation, Inc., a plaintiff personal injury firm based in San Jose, California, which he founded in 2012. With 22 years of legal experience, he focuses his practice on advocating for individuals who have sustained serious injuries in motor vehicle accidents, including those involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians. Mr. Suits earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997 before obtaining his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 2003. Prior to establishing his own practice, he worked as a litigation attorney for the firms of Tharpe & Howell, LLP and Robinson & Wood, Inc.
