Alison O'Connor, Ph.D.
Extension Professor of Horticulture at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CODr. O’Connor is a professor of horticulture with Colorado State University Extension, where she focuses on outreach education and coordinates the Larimer County Master Gardener Volunteers. She earned her B.S. in horticulture from Iowa State University, her M.S. from The Ohio State University, and her Ph.D. from Colorado State University. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Dr. O’Connor specializes in woody plants, turfgrass management, and annuals and perennials for the landscape. She also serves as an affiliate faculty member in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture at Colorado State University.
