Ms. Barnard provides legal ethics and risk management advice to lawyers, law firms, law students, and in-house legal departments. She also represents Oregon and Washington lawyers in attorney discipline matters and character and fitness proceedings, including on appeal. With a deep background in complex business and financial services disputes. Ms. Barnard is a frequent CLE speaker on legal ethics, risk management, and discipline defense issues, and also serves as Assistant General Counsel to the firm.

Maureen S. Bayer

Shareholder at Jordan Ramis PC in Portland, OR

Ms. Bayer practices environmental and natural resources law. Her practice includes environmental regulatory compliance; contaminated sites litigation and allocation; managing environmental risks in transactions; and water rights. She counsels clients on compliance with state and federal environmental laws regulating air and water quality, waste management, hazardous substances, emergency planning, endangered species, and environmental policy. Rosalyn DiLillo Knock

Sarah R. Liljefelt

Irion A. Sanger

Mr. Sheets is the owner of BRS Legal, LLC, an Ontario-based law firm that focuses on water law, natural resources, and land use law in Oregon and Idaho. He has represented clients with a wide set of issues ranging from municipal water supply concerns to wildlife management policy, and individuals with diverse land use issues in negotiation and litigation roles. Mr. Sheets focuses on water-related legal challenges for agricultural and residential water users across Oregon and has expanded into Idaho in 2020. He is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School (2013) with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and served as the Managing Editor of Lewis & Clark Law Review. In his spare time, Mr. Sheets represents a national non-profit Falconry advocacy organization, pro-bono as associate counsel, which compliments his practice as a licensed falconer.
