All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

The State of Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects does not pre-approve courses and has final authority with respect to approval of courses.
This webinar offers a 6.0-hour learning opportunity to Nebraska geologists.
HalfMoon Education is an approved CM Provider with the American Planning Association. This course is registered for CM | 6 for Certified Planners.
HalfMoon Education has applied to the Nebraska Supreme Court CLE Commission for CLE credit for attorneys.
Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the webinar for those who attend the entire course and score a minimum 80% on the quiz that follows the course (multiple attempts allowed).

Tom Christopherson
Groundwater Solutions Group LLCTom Christopherson is the sole owner of Groundwater Solutions Group LLC since 2018. A company focused and experienced in the improvement of ground water quality. Groundwater Solutions is skilled in the methods of enhanced water well decommissioning and well grout augmentation. As an experienced presenter, Tom has provided continuing education programs for over 25 years on the topic of groundwater protection and regulation. He is accredited and skilled in the operation and interpretation of geophysical e-logs, downhole video inspections, laboratory water sample results, low flow sampling techniques, water level monitoring data logging and project management.
Paul Woodward, PE, CFM
Senior Water Resources Engineer at HDR Engineering in Omaha, NebraskaMr. Woodward has 22 years of engineering and project management experience in various groundwater and watershed management programs and projects. He is currently a Senior Water Resources Engineer at HDR Engineering in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Woodward’s professional positions prior to HDR include the Papio-Missouri River NRD and Olsson. While working as the Groundwater Management Engineer at the Papio National Resources District (NRD), he gained valuable insight into Nebraska’s local geology and aquifers, surface water streams and rivers, and the state’s unique approach to integrated water management. Mr. Woodward attained a B.S. degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and later received a graduate certificate in Geographic Information Science from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. He is a professional civil engineer in Nebraska and a Certified Floodplain Manager through the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM). Mr. Woodward has also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Nebraska-Omaha for the past seven years, teaching courses in Water Resources and Nebraska Natural Resources Management. Mr. Woodward has lived in Omaha, Nebraska since 2002. He is married to a kindergarten teacher and has two girls and one boy. His children’s hobbies are his full-time hobbies, including baseball, football, softball, and dance.
