These webinars are open to the public and is designed to qualify for 6.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 6.0 HSW continuing education hours for licensed architects in all states that allow this learning method. Please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.

Restoration Consultant with Walker Consultants, in Phoenix, AZAs a licensed structural engineer, Ms. Boatwright’s career has focused on failure investigations, condition assessment, structural repair designs, and façade restoration for a wide range of new and old structures across the US and beyond its borders. Some project examples include evaluation and repair of a historic French cabin in Missouri; facade evaluation and repair design for modern and historic buildings; investigations into balcony deterioration and failures for condominium complexes; evaluation and repair design for parking garages; and investigation and litigation consulting regarding alleged construction defects for multiple projects across the country.
Kasia Burzynska, AIA, LEED AP
Consultant - Building Envelope with Walker Consultants, in New York, NYMs. Burzynska is a Building Envelope Consultant and a registered architect at Walker Consultants in New York City, specializing in historic preservation and the investigation and restoration of the building envelope, with over eight years of experience in the field. She is a SPRAT Level 1 Technician, an ITC-Certified Level 2 Thermographer, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Ms. Burzynska’s expertise includes building envelope condition assessments, façade restoration and roof replacement following historic preservation principles, leak investigations, sidewalk and plaza replacement, and waterproofing. She is a member of the AIA, the Association for Preservation Technology International (APTI), APT Northeast Chapter and a Vice-Chair of the New York Chapter of National Women in Roofing (NWiR). Throughout her career, she has presented at several industry conferences focused on historic preservation and restoration of the building envelope.
Ryan Glynn, PE, CDT
Restoration Consultant with Walker Consultants, in Austin, TXMr. Glynn specializes in providing building envelope solutions for new and existing structures, including commercial, residential, and institutional facilities. He brings over six years of building envelope consulting and forensic engineering expertise, including failure investigation, design, competitive bidding, contract administration, and on-call consulting. Mr. Glynn’s expertise includes investigating, evaluating, and recommending solutions to various building envelope systems from the foundation to the roof across the design, construction, and commissioning stages. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports, hiking, and finding new food spots around Austin.

Her expertise includes building envelope assessments, leak investigations, and waterproofing design. Ms. Navaid has successfully diagnosed and resolved numerous water infiltration issues, leading to the design and implementation of effective waterproofing solutions for plazas, below-grade systems, façades, and roofs. Her professional experience also encompasses façade assessments, roofing replacement design, window systems, historic preservation, and forensic investigations. Erica Reynolds, PE, RA, FMPC
Senior Consultant - Building Envelope, Forensics & Restoration with Walker Consultants, in Irvine, CAMs. Reynolds is a licensed professional engineer and architect with over 12 years of experience in building enclosure design and consulting, and 15 years in the construction industry. She specializes in complex mixed-use developments, having provided peer review, design, and construction-phase consulting on high-profile projects across California, including mid- and high-rise residential buildings with integrated retail, rooftop amenities, and parking structures.
