All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion can be downloaded in PDF form upon passing a short quiz. A link to the quiz will be sent to each qualifying attendee immediately after the webinar. The certificate can be downloaded from the Results page of the quiz upon scoring 80% or higher.

This webinar is open to the public and is designed to qualify for 7.0 PDHs for professional engineers and 7.0 HSW continuing education hours for licensed landscape architects in most states that allow this learning method. Please refer to specific state rules to determine eligibility.

Speakers
George Lueck, P.E.
Retired Engineer from Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)Mr. Lueck, is a retired engineer with over 17 years of experience with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). He started his career performing design and surveying for a variety of roadway projects ranging from farm-to-market roads, urban roadways and high design speed facilities in the Waco district. Mr. Lueck later transferred to the construction division, where he provided oversight to statewide districts in the areas of construction project management, construction engineering, inspection and contract claims. After serving in this capacity for over 9 years, he transferred to the transportation planning division. As Assistant Director of Traffic Analysis, he oversaw transportation data collection and reporting, corridor-level plans, and travel demand modeling. He then served the City of Killeen for 11 years as Assistant City Engineer and Director of Transportation. Mr. Lueck had oversight of all operations of the city’s transportation system. He was also charged with ensuring that the city’s transportation system was planned, constructed and maintained in a cost-effective manner to effectively address the region’s growing safety, mobility and reliability needs.
