Ms. Fletcher has worked primarily in family law since 2014 and has extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom. Ms. Peck represents the rights of the accused, as well as the rights of victims. Outside court, she is a certified family law mediator, where she champions amicable resolution of divorce, civil union, common law, and custody cases whenever reasonably possible. Beginning her journey as an intern for Colorado Legal Services and then as a law clerk for the Denver District Court, Ms. Randall swiftly ascended to significant roles, including CEO of a well-known Colorado firm. Her academic foundation includes a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law with a certificate in Family Law, a Bachelor of Arts from Milligan University, and an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. A notable aspect of Ms. Randall’s career is her ongoing involvement in Continuing Legal Education presentations on various topics including family law basic skills, child/therapist-patient privilege, domestic violence, protection orders, and child and family investigations.
