Anthony Barilari
Lagerlof, LLP, in PasadenaAnthony S. Barilari is an of counsel attorney at Lagerlof, LLP, in the trust and estates department focusing his practice on estate planning and trust administration. Mr. Barilari’s legal career began when he graduated from UC Hastings (now UC Law San Francisco) in May of 2008 and was admitted to the California Bar in December of that year. After several years practicing bankruptcy and civil litigation, Mr. Barilari turned his attention to trusts and estates, first as a solo practitioner, and then as a partner in the firm, Barilari & Williams, LLP. He built a small firm from the ground up and served as managing partner of the same before bringing his practice to Lagerlof, LLP. Mr. Barilari is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, and he has a passion for preserving generational wealth by ensuring that families have effective estate planning, efficient trust administration, and strategic planning to avoid costly disputes.
Uzzell S. Branson IV
RMO LLP, in San DiegoUzzell S. Branson IV is a senior attorney in RMO LLP’s San Diego office. Mr. Branson brings over a decade of experience in probate litigation. His practice focuses on representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties in litigated probate, contested conservatorship, and financial elder abuse cases. Prior to RMO LLP, Mr. Branson headed the trust and estates practice at his previous firm, where his work included litigating probate disputes in State courts throughout California and Federal courts in the Southern and Central districts of California.
