Webinar Instructions
All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.
Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the date of the conclusion of the series.
Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Instructions and login information will be provided in an email sent close to the date of the webinar. It is highly recommended that you download, install and test the application before the webinar begins by clicking on the link in the email.

Reid Gerritsen
Construction Project Manager/Code Consultant at Gerritsen Inspection Services, LLCWith over 30 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors, Mr. Gerritsen provides professional construction code consulting, plan reviews, and inspection services. He has served as a Building Official for the cities of Bluffdale, Centerville, Holladay, Tooele, and as planning / construction director for master planned communities in Tooele and Draper, Utah. In addition to consulting, Mr. Gerritsen continues to share his experience with others through seminars, discussions, and webinars. He has always promoted building code development and education, including serving as the founding president of the Bonneville Chapter of the International Code Council 1993-1994, and on the Board of Directors 1994-1995. Mr. Gerritsen earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his M.B.A. degree from Western Governors University.
