Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Jared Agee, MCP CBO

Division Director of Building and Code Enforcement for St. Charles County, Missouri

Mr. Agee is the director of Building and Code Enforcement for St. Charles County, Missouri. Previously, he worked in urban and suburban municipal governments managing building code enforcement, facilities, and information technology. Prior to his public sector positions, Mr. Agee worked in the construction industry in design and project management.

He has an undergraduate degree in Architectural and Mechanical Design and a graduate degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis. As a Master Code Professional, Mr. Agee is one of approximately 800 people to obtain the highest level of certification from the International Code Council. He currently holds a total of 28 certifications in building, energy, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and accessibility areas.

Mr. Agee is a former president of the Missouri Association of Building Officials and Inspectors (MABOI). In addition, he founded Regimen Consulting LLC, which provides code training and technology consultation to various organizations across the country.

Course Description: This course is offered to design professionals and contractors on the applicability of the IPC, duties of code officials, permits, inspections and testing.

Course Title: IPC 2018 Chapters 6-10: Water, Sanitary Drainage, Indirect Waste, Vents and Stacks

Course Description: This 2.5 hour lecture presentation examines IPC 2018 Chapters 6-10 provisions on water supply distribution, sanitary drainage, indirect/special waste, vents, traps, interceptors, and separators.

Learners will be able review and interpret IPC requirements for the design, materials, and installation of water supply systems for structures.

Learning Objective 2:
Learners will be able review and interpret IPC requirements for plumbing drainage systems for water that is considered waste, i.e. bathroom use, cooking, and equipment discharge.

Learning Objective 3:
Learners will be able review and interpret IPC requirements for the drainage of indirect/special waste, including those that discharge though indirect waste pipes.

Learning Objective 4:
Learners will be able review and interpret IPC requirements for venting plumbing drainage systems and the applications and requirements for interceptors and separators.
