    Doug Buch is the president and owner of Pave Drain, LLC. He is a 30 year veteran of the construction industry. In 1992 the University of Iowa graduate began promoting geosynthetic and erosion control materials throughout the Midwest. Mr. Buch moved to Wisconsin in 1995 to head up the environmental specialty precast division of Modern Building Materials, Inc., based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin. His responsibilities included the start-up, promotion, manufacturing, and installation of articulating concrete block/mats (ACB/M’s) and precast stormwater treatment tanks throughout the Midwest. In February of 2000, Mr. Buch went to work for Armortec as its national sales manager. In the fall of 2006, he was recruited to vice president of Business Development for Submar, Inc., a position he undertook until he launched the PaveDrain System in the fall of 2009.

He recently retired from Applied Research Associates, Inc. of Toronto, Canada, where he managed the 90-person Transportation Infrastructure Division in the U.S. and Canada. He is the past president of the American Society of Civil Engineers Transportation and Development Institute (ASCE T&DI), and chair of several engineering standards committees. He recently made the transition from Stantec Consulting (Action Sports Division) after three years in his role as civil designer and joined the team of New Line Skateparks where he now provides civil design support for all US design operations.     Mr. Misiano is a high-level skateboarder and the founder of Misiano Skateparks, a boutique municipal skatepark design-build contractor with over 10 years of successful concrete development experience throughout Florida and across the United States. He and his crew joined the New Line team in 2017 to continue their legacy of inspired and community-driven concrete youth parks created with true care and passion. Pursuing only a select number of projects each season, he personally oversees all construction operations from first shovel through to grand opening to ensure full continuity and quality control through each phase of development. He is a licensed general contractor; is OSHA, COR Safety and ISO 90001 compliance trained; is an ACI certified shotcrete nozzleman; and serves as a construction project manager.
