Mr. Roy is a licensed professional engineer in 17 states and the District of Columbia and has managed projects primarily throughout the Northeast but also along the entire eastern coast of the United States for over 26 years. As vice president, Mr. Roy manages offices in Southborough, MA, Rocky Hill, CT, Rochester, NY, and Bedford NH. Mr. Roy has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection, and environmental services. Mr. Aguirre, owner of Septic Systems Express, Septic System Designs Of Texas and Texas Septic Systems Council, has been designing and inspecting septic systems since 1975. During that time, he has served on the board of directors for the National On-site Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA), and he has served as president of the Texas On-site Wastewater Association. Mr. Aguirre founded the Alamo On-site Wastewater Association and the Alamo Water & Wastewater Analysts Association. He has designed over 30,000 septic systems and is the only person in the country that has organized and sponsored a national conference specifically on how to design a septic system for a restaurant (high strength wastewater). He has been a licensed sanitarian since 1968. Mr. Aguirre received his bachelor’s degree in Biology and his master’s degree in Educational Psychology. Mr. Strong’s experience has stretched across many areas of litigation, including construction and design defect claims. He has represented professionals including architects and structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineers in disputes involving large-scale multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects throughout North Carolina. Mr. Strong received his bachelor of science degree from Appalachian State University and went on to earn his juris doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Anderson has 23 years of experience as a both a landscape architect and environmental manager. Starting his career with UDOT, he was first introduced to stormwater management on the Provo Canyon expansion project in 1998. UDOT was being sued and Mr. Anderson was designated as the compliance officer for the environmental impacts resulting from the project. That project propelled him into developing the environmental control supervisors course required by UDOT for all contractors working on state or federally funded projects. She is an active speaker nationwide on many ecological landscape topics.
